Broadway in the Beach

Do you love performing? Would you like to explore your acting and singing skills? Join us for a week of musical theatre and scene study workshops that will build confidence, form friendships, and expand your dramatic horizons!

Actor Brigitte Robinson (Shaw Festival, Film, T.V, Mirvish Productions) and singer Jennie Such (COC, Calgary Opera, Mirvish Productions) are combining their talents to create an all day (830am-3:30pm) intensive performing retreat for youth (ages 9 - 15) at Kingston Rd. United Church, from July 30th - August 3rd, 2012.

Students will be assigned a song, dramatic scene, and musical ensemble piece on which they will work in private and group coachings with Jennie and Brigitte. The week will culminate in a final performance in the beautiful Kingston Rd. United Church sanctuary for an audience of family and friends.
